Full Development of the Beamworks Spark 400 fully automated SMT assembly system.
The system performs full assembly of an SMT board - an SMT line in a single system.
The system includes; accurated solder paste dispensing, SMT component placement and accurate laser soldering of each of the pads.
Development performed from marketing requirements to full product launch.

SCAT Moving Line
Full Development of the GE Healthcare SCAT moving line.
In the NM integration process the systems must be tested in various cells using radiactive sources. It has been requred that the systems shall automatically move from one radiation protected cell to the other after a pre-defined takt time.
The development included; line technical specification, concept selection, full development of the line and line production and assembly.
